So finally all the invites are made and almost all delivered, I am sure we have probably forgotten someone important so sorry.
I have also made a start on the bouquet, here is the starting point, it will be a lot bigger and I am now thinking probably an inverted tear drop shape but we will see how it evolves.
Its made up with three layers at the moment, red roses, turquoise buttons and all the butterfly brooches that Andy and Pete have brought me over the last seven years. They are all properly wired which I am getting quite quick at now, it is taking a lot more buttons than I expected though 😦
If anyone is interested I have looked at these different sets of instructions for Brooch and button bouquets and have taken a little bit of each a bit of experience and am doing it my way.
http://www.hitched.co.uk/Chat/forums/t/188726.aspx – I decided against the oasis bouquet holder for mine as having seen one at the wedding store I felt ot wouldn’t hold the weight of the brooches.

http://www.fancypantsweddings.com/how-to-design-a-brooch-bouquet/ – `i found the pictures in this site very helpful.
I hasten to add I will not be throwing the bouquet 🙂
